The environmental dimension of Réconfort + is inseparable from its social purpose. The company makes significant investments in continuing education for its employees. Since its creation, it has joined partnerships with Actiris, Bruxelles Formation and the Brussels’ CPAs to identify potential workers in its target employment audience. It continues to develop dynamic partnerships with institutions and business players. The goal of the project is to provide people without skills and vulnerable persons with the opportunity to learn a trade, acquire useful experience and obtain professional qualifications.
